We use security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used by our system. We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings. If you received a mailing from us, (a) your email address is either listed with us as someone who has expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future ("opt-in"), or (b) you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with us. We have created this email privacy policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information. There is a $5 handling charge plus shipping cost.
If you need shipping, you must pay for your items within 24 hours of the ending of the auction, then wait for us to send you special invoice with shipping charges. We are not set up for shipping larger items. Mailing: Yes, we can mail most items and cost is generally low so please feel free to ask for costs. If you need a time different than these provided, you must contact us ASAP or your winnings may be forfeited. Pick Up Terms: Friday, Saturday and Monday following the auction, hours are 10-4. We take credit cards and cash at pickup and cards over the phone. If you are paying other than on-line, please contact us prior. Payment MUST be paid within 48 hours after the auction. Payment: You will receive an invoice at the end of the auction. That means if you are bidding on an item and someone makes a last minute bid, that item will be extended for 2 additional minutes, allowing you to make a counter bid. Lots close at 15 second intervals beginning at 6:30PM, the night of the auction. Usually open weekdays 10-4 but call to make sure I'm there (50). Yes, We want you to come down and look at the items. We try our best to get accurate information and good photos but please check everything. It is YOUR responsibility to pre-check the items and verify it to your liking.
